The tank ST is designed to store wine materials, wine and other food liquids. Manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel. The tank is resistant to corrosion, UV radiation, does not oxidize and maintains an aesthetic appearance.
The VR vinificator is designed for making and storing red wines by controlled fermentation and for maintaining the necessary wort temperature to achieve a uniform fermentation process.
Equipped with one or more thermowells. The refrigerant entering the jackets through the inlet and outlet spigots heats or cools the wine material.
