Vane pumps
In the production of food, chemical and cosmetic products, the performance and functionality of the equipment used is important – not only in process areas, but also for transport between workshops and to the unloading and loading bay. When transferring liquids of different viscosities without solids, the sliding vane pump has proven its worth. The hydraulic machine is designed to maintain a constant temperature and viscosity to ensure a stable flow of liquid in the pipeline.
Equipping industrial lines with modern units is the basis for stable production and business development. You can buy a sliding vane pump from INPROMINOX. We offer design, manufacture, supply and installation of pumping equipment for the dairy, wine, liquor, dairy, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. All customers are provided with warranty service and training in the operation of the installations.
You can order vane pumps from INPROMINOX.
The sliding vane pump: principle and characteristics
The sliding vane pump is used for pumping viscous masses with plastic properties (condensed milk, puree, molasses, etc.). The working element is the rotor with plates floating in radial grooves. The pressure of the plates against the stator ensures that the space between the gates is rarefied and the mass fills.
In order to increase capacity and reduce heat loss, the equipment can be fitted with a heat exchanger jacket.
The benefits of using a rotary vane pump in industry:
- Silent operation. The design incorporates special dampers that reduce noise and vibration levels by almost half;
- Long service life. No breakdowns, ensuring trouble-free operation for many years;
- Economical use of electricity. This will reduce your production costs;
- Reverse mode operation extends the range of use;
- The plate pump can be used as a metering unit.
The casing is made from AISI 304 stainless steel of high quality and corrosion resistance. You can order a milk pump on our website: leave an order using the special form and we will send a preliminary design estimate to your email.
