Pharmaceutical reactors

Reactors for the pharmaceutical industry are made of high-alloy stainless steels AISI 316 with chromium, nickel and molybdenum content, which are corrosion-free and can withstand repeated steam sterilisation and disinfectant treatment.

Standard version:

– cylindrical vessel with elliptical bottom and lid;
– stirring mechanism with different stirrer configurations according to the product to be processed;
– water jacket;
– insulation: mineral wool or polyurethane foam;
– all-welded panelling;
– sight glass;
– inlet/outlet connections on flanges;

Technical characteristics:

– made of stainless steel 1.4571 (DIN EN 10028-7:2000);
– roughness of the surface in contact with the product Ra -1,6-0,63;
– operating temperature – 1200C;
– pressure in the vessel – 0,7 – 4 bar;
– pressure in the jacket – up to 6 bar;

Intended use:
Thermal treatment, settling or mixing of different substances in pharmaceuticals, perfumery.
